The Arusha Mental Health Trust Vocational Assessments are designed by the AMHT for people applying for jobs and positions where the employer is assessing the suitability of the individual for employment. For example, when a safari company is hiring new guides, the interview and report are designed to help the employer select appropriate applicants. This includes a semi-structured interview and a written report.
